BLOOD BANK
After having established two Guinness World Records for Blood donation, it was imperative that the Dera's own hospital too had a blood bank. By the grace of the Almighty, Poojaneeya Bapu Maghar Singhji International Blood Bank was inaugurated by Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh ji on 24th July, 2007.
Guruji toured the whole facility and evinced a keen interest in the functioning of the equipments available over there. The laboratories and facilities are ultra modern and compete with the best in the country.
With this blood bank, a fresh impetus has been given to blood donations for needy thalassemics, patients of renal failure and several other serious ailments. Guruji has infused such enthusiasm amongst all that the Dera is practically the largest blood donor organization world wide.
This blood bank is providing Yeoman's service particularly for the negative blood groups that the scarcely available in other blood banks. This blood bank has an ever ready reservoir of prospective donors who can be called at a very short notice to serve. Thus, it is almost a living pulsating thing! So much like life, that is prolonged by the gift of blood.
